Congratulations to the Men of Heart who recently made their First Profession of Vows to the Augustinian Order!
On Saturday, August 5th, 2023, Tony Moreno, Shon Maqbool Alam, David Marshall, Frank Connor, Nathan Fernandes and Lou San Vincente made their first profession of vows of poverty, chastity, and obedience.
In a beautiful ceremony at St. Clare Of Montefalco in Chicago, our Men of Heart shed their white habits for the final time surrounded by their brothers, family and friends.
Augustinians from all over the country came to support our brothers during this pivotal moment in their formation journey. Family members travelled from as far as Pakistan to celebrate.
Congratulations to Tony, Shon, David, Frank, Nathan, and Lou for their readiness to continue on their Augustinian formation journey, and their readiness to be a light to the world. Let us continue to hold these men in our prayers.
