On Friday, July 24, 2020, Br. Arturo Rentería, O.S.A. made his Solemn Profession of Vows to Prior Provincial Gary Sanders. The ceremony was celebrated privately on the Vasey Patio at St. Augustine High School, in San Diego, CA.
“I thank God for allowing me to consecrate my life through the Augustinians,” said Br. Arturo. “During these five years that I have been with the Augustinians, I have learned to live the charism that characterizes us: to live in community. I thank my family for all the support that they give me at all times. Today, I feel blessed because I gather together with the communities that we have in the Province of California. I also feel blessed because the candidates of the diaconate program.”
