On January 11, 2020 the Augustinian Bishop Robert Prevost, O.S.A. ordained Br. Dan Madden, O.S.A. to the Order of the Diaconate at St. Rita Parish in Chicago. Br. Dan Madden, age 30, is a graduate of Villanova University and was first drawn to the Order after encountering the Augustinian Community on campus. He completed a year of pastoral training at the Augustinian Missions in Peru and now looks forward to being ordained a priest in June of this year.
